Delivery

A flat £45 tracked UK delivery charge per order. Handling takes 2–5 working days and transit 1–2, so allow 3–7 working days. Large items such as hot tubs and furniture go by pallet courier, who will book a delivery day with you.

Returns

Cancel within 14 days for a full refund including delivery. Up to 30 days, a 25% restocking fee applies. Faulty on arrival? Tell us within 48 hours and we collect it free.

Warranty

At least a 12-month manufacturer warranty on every product. We handle the claim with the manufacturer for you.

Revolut or UK bank transfer. Choose at checkout and we email you the payment details. Nothing is charged automatically.
