2. What we collect

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16, and we do not collect special category data. If you tell us about your home or garden (for example room size, lawn area or pool dimensions) so we can recommend suitable equipment, we use that information only to answer your enquiry.

4. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and never sell your personal data. Recipients fall into these groups:
- Payment providers: to take and secure payment;
- Delivery carriers: your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver and book slots;
- Manufacturers and their service agents: where a warranty claim requires it;
- IT and hosting providers: who host this site and our email;
- Analytics and advertising providers: only where you have consented to those cookies;
- Professional advisers and authorities: accountants, insurers, or where the law requires disclosure.
Some providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to keep your data protected to UK standards.
5. How long we keep it
- Order and transaction records: 6 years after the end of the tax year, as HMRC requires;
- Warranty records: for the life of the warranty plus 12 months;
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe, then a suppression record so we do not email you again;
- Customer service correspondence: 24 months;
- Analytics data: up to 26 months.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- be told what we hold about you, and get a copy (a subject access request);
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have data erased where we no longer need it;
- restrict or object to processing, including profiling;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- opt out of marketing at any time, every email has a working unsubscribe link.

7. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to order and customer data is restricted to staff who need it, protected by individual accounts and multi-factor authentication. Card details never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but where a breach is likely to risk your rights and freedoms we will notify you and the ICO as the law requires.
8. Cookies

9. Complaints
Please come to us first at info@aerosporty.co.uk, we would rather fix it. You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, atico.org.uk.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change significantly affects you, tell you by email.
